1930s Debonaire Don Belted Back Suit | Vintage 30s Three Piece Charcoal Grey Black Wool Suit with Jacket Vest and Trousers | Size 38 Medium

Slip on this classically debonaire three piece suit from the 1930’s and you'll feel ready to sip cognac at the finest clubs! All three pieces are made of a perfect-for-pairing charcoal grey-black wool twill making this a great set for jazzing up in a flashy way or keeping it simple for more somber occasions. The double-breasted jacket has peak lapels, 2x4 button closure, matching cuff button trios, three fantastic box-pleated rounded patch pockets, one inner pocket, incredible belted back with 'action back' arrow-topstitched box pleat down the center for movement and surrounding pleats, light shoulder pads, and butterfly lining. The waistcoat has a six button front, four welted pockets, and back adjuster. The trousers have a double pleated front, five welted pockets with one buttoning in the back, a full set of inner suspender buttons, button fly, and cuffed hems. Made by “Armitage” of Chicago (in a great Art Deco font!) with a 1936-39 Union Label dating this suit to the 1930s. This suit is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, odors to note.
