1940s Gorgeous Gangster Suit | Vintage 40s Midnight Blue w/White Pinstripes Wool Peak Lapel Blazer Jacket & Trouser Pants | Size 42 Large

Puff on a cigar in the lounge as you wear this suit from the 1940s to feel like a true gangster! This marvelous suit is made of a midnight blue wool with quintessential white pinstripes. The blazer is double breasted with 2x6 button stance with a matching set of cuff buttons and features wide peak lapels, three outer welted pockets and one inner, ventless back, shoulder pads, and rayon butterfly lining. The pants have double pleats, cuffs, 2 slash pockets on the side and 2 pockets in back, one of which can be closed with a button, watch pocket, and dropped belt loops. Closes with a Talon steel zip fly and button closure, and includes a set of inner suspender buttons. Made by “Middleshade Clothes” for "Palace Clothing Company". Union Label in use 1939-1949 dates this suit to the 1940s. This suit is in great vintage condition, with a couple really tiny well done period mends but no holes, stains, odors to note.
