1930s Empire State Suit | Vintage 30s Pecan Brown Wool Purplish-Maroon 2x Pinstripes Three Piece Jacket Vest & Trousers | Size 36/38 Medium

Take on the Big Apple in style in this 1930’s suit! The wool of this suit is a tasteful pecan brown with double dark purplish-maroon pinstripes. The jacket is single breasted with a notch lapel, buttoning with three matching brown buttons with a matching trio of each at the cuffs, rayon butterfly lining, two flapped hip pockets, jetted chest pocket, inner pocket, shoulder pads, and ventless back with shapely back seaming. The vest features a matching six button closure, four welted pockets, metal adjuster in the back, lined in cotton and backed in rayon. The trousers have a flat front, belt loops, five welted pockets with one buttoning in the back, cuffed hems, full set of inner suspender, buttons, and a button fly. From “Empire State Clothes” with a 1936-39 Union Label dating this suit to the 1930s. This suit is in great vintage condition, with a single small well done period mend and no holes, stains, nor odors to note.
