The perfect dress for fireworks and picnics, this 70’s does 30's piece will have you singing “Yankee Doodle Dandy”! Semi-sheer fabric in navy blue with white bow print features puff sleeves, sailor collar with scarlet trim, scarlet neck tie, and full skirt. Slips on overhead. This dress is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, odors to note. Please note, slip is model's own.
