1940s Hollywood Heart Throb Dress | Vintage 40s Rare "Adrian" Navy Blue + Deep Pink Hearts Novelty Print Silk Frock w/ Pleats & Belt | Large

It will be love at first sight with this piece of Hollywood history from the 1940's! This "Gilbert Adrian" designed dress is a dream come true and will make a great conversation piece at your next vintage event. Navy blue silk is printed with deep pink hearts. Designed with a scoop yoke, pointed collar with keyhole opening fastened with hook and eye, cap dolman sleeves, and light smocking at the waist. The skirt has a slender shape with tiers of knife pleats creating a more flared appearance. Comes with original matching belt. Metal "Talon" zipper on the side. This dress is in great vintage condition, with a couple subtle period mends on the dress and wear to the belt. No holes, stains, or odors to note. Dress has been pinned on model to show fit.
