Overall, the quality was okay. However, the description said there were 'no notable flaws', yet there are a number of cracks, including one major one in the front of the crown, which was very hard to see in the images but is quite obvious when worn; the inner leather hatband is falling off (it's hardly even attached); and it has a very strong musty smell. If these issues were made more obvious in the description, I would be quite happy with it, but to claim 'no notable flaws' and then deliver a product with a number of notable flaws is poor form. Repairs are going to cost me likely around $75, which I could have taken into consideration if the condition was more accurately described.
