1920s Mister AA Milne's Tuxedo | Vintage Antique 20s Three Piece Wool & Silk Peak Lapel Formal Evening Tux Suit Dated 1926! | Size 38 Medium

A very classy 1920s three piece black wool tuxedo for the true gentleman! Made in 1926 midway through Prohibition, this was also the same year that author A.A. Milne published Winnie the Pooh! The fully lined single breasted jacket features subtle peak lapels in silk, shoulder pads, a single button closure, and two small matching buttons at each cuff. There is one jetted chest pocket, two flap hip pockets, and one inside chest pocket, The vest has a thin shawl collar in silk, pointed front tips, two small jetted pockets, and closes with black covered buttons matching those on the jacket. Trousers feature a button fly, inner suspender buttons, belt loops, and black braided silk ribbon tuxedo stripe. There are two side seam hip pockets and two back pockets. Tailor's label notes that this tuxedo was made by tailor "Tommy Clifton" of Sacramento, Ca. on April 4th, 1926! This tux is in great vintage condition, with a tiny bit of wear to the jacket button but no holes, stains, odors to note.
