1940s Glamorous Gwyneth Coat | Vintage 40s Velvet and Taffeta Trapeze Swing Overcoat in Garnet Red with Large Jeweled Buttons | Medium

A gorgeous glamorous gal walks into the gala...and all eyes are on her! This fabulous 1940s long trapeze swing overcoat is a true showstopper. It is made of a deep garnet velvet and fully lined in taffeta. Two large jeweled buttons fasten at the high neckline, and the rest of the coat hangs open. The long sleeves have a bell shape at the cuffs. Made by "Trigere" and originally sold at "Hutzler's." This coat is in great vintage condition, with no stains, holes or odors to note.
