1940s Hollywood Hero Suit | Vintage 40s Blue Wool with White Stripes Double Breasted Peak Lapel Jacket & Trousers Pants | Size 38 Medium

You'll always be in like Flynn in this incredibly dashing 1940’s suit! Made of berry blue wool with alternating pinstripes and chalk stripes, the double breasted jacket has a two by six button stance with peaked lapels, three welted outer pockets, two inner pocket, butterfly lining, ventless back, and shoulder pads. The trousers have a pleated front with dropped belt loops, Talon steel zip fly, welted pockets with one buttoning in the back, a full set of inner suspender buttons, and cuffed hems. Tags show "Hollywood Styled" by Berry Brent for a fantastically tapered cut, by Fahey-Brockman, and includes a 1939-49 Union Label dates this suit to the 1940s. This suit is in great vintage condition, with a few tiny subtle period mends and no holes, stains, nor odors to note.
