1940s Blue Moon Suit | Vintage 40s Midnight Blue Wool with White Chalk Stripes Two-Piece Jacket & Trousers | Size 42-44 Large/Extra Large XL

Wait for your lover under the blue moon in this 1940’s suit and they are sure to swoon! This marvelous suit is made of midnight blue wool with a white chalk stripe. The blazer is single breasted with wide notch lapels and a two-button closure. The jacket also features a jetted chest pocket, flapped hip pockets, inner pocket, butterfly lining, shoulder pads, and ventless back. The pants have a flat front, welted pockets with one buttoning in back, dropped belt loops, metal "Talon" zipper, cuffed hems, and interior suspender buttons. From "Townel Clothes" by Lawton's. Also includes a 1939-1949 Union Label dating this suit to the 1940s. This suit is in great vintage condition, with a few tiny subtle period mends but no holes, stains, nor odors to note.
