1940s Exclaimed Excitement Frock! | Vintage 40s Black Rayon Button Up Dress with Pink Yellow and Blue Exclamation Points! | Extra Large XL

Get excited for the party when you don this 1940's frock! This black rayon crepe dress is sprinkled with exclamation points like confetti in hot pink, baby blue, and butter yellow. It features a notched shawl collar, rhinestone buttons down the front, and knife pleats at the waist. This dress is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, odors to note. Please note, belt is model's own.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
