1940s Soutache Stunner Dress | Vintage 40s Black Rayon Crepe Cocktail LBD Frock with Puff Bell Sleeves and Smocking | Extra Large XL Volup
They’ll be bewitched, beguiled, and bewildered when you enter the room wearing this 1940’s dress! This classic L.B.D. is made of rayon crepe adorned with soutache. It has padded puff sleeves with three quarter bell cuffs, smocking details at the yoke and waist, and A-line skirt. Slips on overhead. This dress is in great vintage condition, with a few tiny imperfections in the fabric. Please note, belt is model's own.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate. I purchased this dress for an out of town wedding. The dress ripped due to dry rot thread in 3 different places within an hour. I packed no other options so I had to hand sew the dress to be able to wear. The seams came apart in 4 other places before the end of the night. The entire dress has dry rotted thread. There are also other pin holes and mended places that were not noted in the product description. I will have to sew then entire dress due to the thread being so bad. I purchased August 8th and messaged the seller about the damage on September 10th. I was told the return window had closed. I didn’t ask for a return. I can’t find return policies for the seller. I messaged the seller back and they never responded. Price paid was too high for a mending project. Seller has lots of negative reviews about damaged items
