1940s Powder Puff Penelope Ensemble | Vintage 40s Blue Embroidered Overlay Frock with Slip and Belt Set By “FOGA” | Large Extra Large XL

Be a true original in this 1940’s “Fashion Originators Guild” dress! This three piece set is a lovely powder blue with a sheer overlay dress, acetate slip, and wide belt. The main dress is cotton voile with floral embroidery in stripes and is cut with a pleated V-neckline, lightly puffed sleeves, basque waist, and full skirt. Metal zip on the side of both the dress and slip. This set is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, or odors to note.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
