Perfect for accessorizing with statement jewelry, the black silk velvet is beautifully shaped with strong padded shoulders, high collar with keyhole on the back, waist smocking, and a swingy skirt. Metal zipper on the side. Labeled "Young Hollywood." This dress is in great vintage condition, with no holes or odors to note.
