Get dressed like a brilliant Chappy in this 1920's bowler hat! Made by of elegant fur felt in noir black with a matching grosgrain ribbon band and bow. Finished with a complimentary taped edge. Leather hat band and full silk lining. From "Mallory" of New York, and originally sold at Muller Hatter of San Francisco. This hat is in great vintage condition with no flaws found!

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
