• SELLER doesn’t prioritize BUYER’S best interests or well-being and is too self-absorbed to offer good basic customer service. • Although neither the SELLER nor the BUYER are to blame for USPS losing the package, the SELLER never voiced a simple apology until his behavior was called out. Good customer service commiserates with a BUYER, as well as helps the BUYER to navigate the refund process. • SELLER was more concerned about his own inconvenience and offered no open dialogue to work with the BUYER, choosing to winge about how awful USPS is regarding claims and firmly refusing to refund the BUYER in every correspondence, making it more about him than the BUYER who was out his money and had no product. • SELLER put the onus on the BUYER to do the work in getting his refund. On the other hand, ETSY was very helpful.
