Charm some hunky sailors in this playful nautical themed print dress! The novelty print features red and yellow circles with images of ship wheels and anchors on each of them. The background is striped with white and blue twisted ropes. The bodice features an adorable scallop closure with bright cherry red buttons and hand-sewn button holes! Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
