1940s Freedom from Tyranny Sweater | Vintage 40s Scarlet Red Wool Knit Collegiate Pullover w/Dated 1945 Year Spellout Patches | Medium

Celebrate the end of WWII in this 1945 collegiate sweater! Worsted wool knit in scarlet red features a wide-wale ribbed V-neck and wide ribbed cuffs and waistband perfect for that trendy turn-up. Cream white chenille patches spellout the year 1945 - a rare mid-war knit! A sentimental touch is found under the waistband, a felt patch chainstitched with the original owners name. By "Badger" knitting mills of Sheboygan, Wisconsin. This pullover is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, odors to note.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
