1800s On the Fringe Frontiersman Jacket | Antique Vintage Wild West Golden Leather Pioneer Coat w/Antler Buttons and Flap Collar | Large XL

When facing the frontier of the great outdoors pay homage to those that came before in this exceptional antique leather jacket! The golden yellow leather (likely deerskin) is still supple with a patina that must have a million stories to tell. Stitched with sinew, each stitch makes a decorative elemnent along with yards of fringe and two subtle dangles of metal cones holding remnants of deer fur. It has a flap collar that utilizes the natural edges of the hide and antler butons fasten through hand done button holes. Slit on the sides. This jacket is in good vintage condition especially considering it's age and provenance. There is a slashed hole near the hem of the front panel while a hole on the back is a natural element of the hide and areas where the leather is scuffed and marked all add to this incredibly unique historical piece, no other holes or odors to note.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
