1940s Smart Sandy's Satin Society Jacket | Vintage 40s Red and White Chain Stitch Embroidered Button Up Literary Club Coat | Medium Large

If Sandy hadn't joined the Pink Ladies she may have ended up in this literary society club jacket instead! This 1940s piece hails from hails from a high school in Kansas City and is emblazoned with "Kalailu" on the back in a lovely chainstitch embroidered script. The rayon satin utilizes two tone perfectly in ivory and candy apple red including the buttons up the front and the embroidery. Other stylish details include French cuffs, fitted waistband with double button tabs, slanted pockets, and more embroidery on the front with the name "Sandy" and "KLS" for Kalailu Literary Sciety. Fully lined in cozy flannel and labeled "R.S. Elliott Arms Co". This jacket is in good vintage condition, the fabric has overall wear that really contributes to a great vintage look (rayon sateen is our favorite fabric to show it's wear with age/use!). No holes or odors to note.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%).
