1940s Coffee & Cream Mix Plaid Suit | Vintage 40s Brown and White with Orange Stripe Wool Jacket and Skirt Set w/Snake Eye Buttons | Small

A bitter morning will be made smooth like cream in your coffee when you suit up in this 1940s set! The wool cloth is a wonderful mix of creative weaves in coffee brown and cream white and made plaid with shots of burnt orange. The jacket has a darling rounded lobe notch lapel, action pleats on the shoulder fronts, pointed notch cuffs, waist nipping seams, and hip pockets with curving flaps. The buttons are super unique with a snake eye appearance and rayon crepe makes a full lining. The pencil skirt has angular hip darts, knife kick pleat on the back, and a metal "Talon" zipper with button on the side. Labeled "The Patented Body Drum Shape Retaining Skirt". This suit is in great vintage condition, a couple very tiny well done period mends but no stains, holes, or odors to note.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
