1950s Peak of Fashion Suit | Vintage 50s Single-Breasted Peak-Lapel Brown & White Herringbone Tweed Two-Piece Set | Size 42/44 Large XL

Step out in our favorite styled suit - the elusive but very sought after "peak" of suiting fashion - a single-breasted peak lapel suit! Brown and white herringbone wool tweed gives a lot of pairing options for this 1950s suit. Jacket features a two-button closure, sharp peak lapels, pairs of matching buttons at each cuff, jetted chest pocket, two welted hip pockets, with an unvented back. Half-lined in rayon with two additional inner pockets. Trousers have a flat-front, dropped belt loops, healthy wide cuffs, five pockets with one buttoning in back, and a brass zip & hook closure. By 'Charing Cross' with a 1949-62 Union Label dating this suit to the 1950s. This suit is in great vintage condition, with a couple very subtle period mends and no holes, stains, odors to note.

Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%).
