1950s Grand Dame Drama Coat | Vintage 50s "Lilli Ann" Black Silver Wool Mohair Velvet Stripe Convertible Collar Princess Overcoat | Small

When you show up in this 1950s coat no one will question who the Grand Dame is! This iconic "Lilli Ann" princess coat brings the drama in many ways but the oversized shawl collar has got to be the favourite element with its ability to stand tall framing the face like a gothic halo. The "Fabric of France" cloth is a black wool and mohair blend Lilli Ann was known for with the mohair adding a furry nap that shows as silvery highlights and velvet is used as an accent with stripes running fully down the body and lining the collar. It has an eight button double breasted closure and welted pockets are hidden in the ultra full skirt. The skirt is so full in fact that it doesn't even need a crinoline but the addition of one would be delightfully over the top! Fully lined in rayon satin. This coat is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, odors to note.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
