1940s Beauty in Bloom Dress | Vintage 40s Of White Purple Pink & Green Floral Silk Chiffon Frock w/Inverted Basque Sash | Extra Large XL

Upstage the beautiful blossoms at your next garden party in this exquisite 1940s dress! The sheer silk chiffon features bouquets of flowers in sky blue, royal and lilac purples, deep and bubblegum pinks, and spearmint green on a white background. It's light as air with a lovely flow featuring puff sleeves with smocking and inverted box pleats, blousey bodice with pleats radiating from the inverted Basque waist that becomes a sash with wide ties for the fluffiest bow. Metal "Talon" zipper on the side. This dress is in good vintage condition, it presents wonderfully with a few incredibly faint marks. No odours or holes to note. Please note, slip is model's own.
