1940s Boutonniere of Bows Dress | Vintage 40s Brown & White Ribbon Print Semi-Sheer Rayon Frock w/Hip Swag Peplum and Belt | Medium/Large

They love a gal by the cut of her close and you'll stand out in these boutonnieres of bows! This 1940s dress of semi-sheer rayon is burnt sienna brown with an ivory print of boutonnieres that appear to be made of ribbons instead of flowers. The dress is fashioned in a flattering faux wrap with the V-neckline leading to light ruching across the bust which is also done on the left shoulder adding to the asymmetric styling. More asymmetry is seen with the hip swag peplum sitting high over the left hip and flowing down across the right side of the hem. With padded shoulders, cap sleeves, and a matching self belt. Metal zipper on the side. This dress is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, nor odors to note.
