1940s Blue Moon Three-Piece Suit | Vintage 40s Navy Blue Tone on Tone Herringbone Stripe Wool Jacket Vest & Trousers Set | Size 44 XL

With a classic three piece suit like this that blue moon certainly won't find you standing alone! This 1940s set is navy blue with a tone on tone herringbone stripe weave. Jacket features a three-button single-breasted closure with notch lapels, jetted chest pocket, two flap hip pockets, and unvented back. Butterfly lined in rayon with shoulder pads and one inner pocket. Vest has a six-button front with four jetted pockets, backed and lined with rayon except for a gusset of silk that appears to have been added to increase size. Trousers have a flat-front, belt loops, five pockets with one buttoning in back, inner suspender buttons, and brass zip fly. Labeled "Lee J. May Cairo, Illinois" with a 1939-49 Union Label dating this suit to the 1940s. This suit is in great vintage condition, with a couple pinholes and subtle period mends but no stains or odors to note.

Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%).
