1940s Stormy & Stunning Suit Ensemble | Vintage 40s Grey Wool with Black Curly Lamb Accents Three Piece Jacket Skirt and Belt Set | Medium

When the forecast is stormy add a chance of stunning by stepping out in this 1940s glamour girl ensemble! A unique twist on a suit, this set is comprised of a classic pencil skirt but instead of a blazer style jacket it is matched with a midi length coat. Also including a extra wide self belt, all three pieces are storm cloud grey wool gabardine. The jacket features a strong high-fashion 40s silhouette with padded shoulders and back and front triple pleated darts nipping the waist. Black curly lamb makes up a half shawl collar and cuffs and hidden hooks and eyes are the main fastener in addition to a large self fabric button at the neck. Fully lined with rayon satin. Skirt fastens with metal "Talon" zipper and button/snap combo on the side. This set is in great vintage condition, with one tiny faint mark but no other holes, stains, nor odors to note.

Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
