1940s Collegiate Cutie Cardigan | Vintage 40s Blue Wool Knit Letterman Varsity Puff Sleeve Sweater with White 1940 Patch! | XS Small Medium

Want to cause a sensation at the university game? This shapely knit from 1940 will make that happen! Knit in cobalt blue wool, ribbed stitches are skillfully used decorating the yoke, nipping the waist, and fitting the wrists. The shoulders are puffed with strategic pleats anda welted slant pocket offsets the white chenille patch opposite denoting the year and an "S". Ultra-wide waistband, one of our favorite rare pre-war knitwear features. White ball buttons for fastening. From the “Broadway Knitting Mills" label. This sweater is in great vintage condition, with some small subtle mends but no holes, stains, or odors to note.

Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%).
