1940s Hit the Spot Dress Set | Vintage 40s Two Piece Puff Sleeve Blue Sheer Swiss Dot Net Tulle Over Gown and Matching Slip | Medium Large

This 1940s gown ensemble is sure to hit the spot with a perfect mix of femme fatale and demure dame! The over dress is a navy blue swiss dot tulle, completely see through and elegantly cut. It features a V-neck meeting the peak seam outlining the waistline and shaping the bust, stunning angular shoulders shaped with gathers and horsehair/nylon reinforcement, tapered sleeves fastening with snaps at the wrists, peaked seams around the hips keeping a slim fit then flaring to an extravagant hem shaped and help with a hem strip of horsehair/nylon reinforcement. The matching slip is celanese in matching navy with an overlay of the tulle on the bodice. The slip fastens with snaps on the side and the gown has a metal "Talon" zip on the side. This set is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, or odors to note.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
