1930s Garden of Dark Delights Gown Set | Vintage 30s Black Red Green & Blue Black Flower Print Silk Bolero and Dress | Large Extra Large XL

Whether a daytime garden gala or an evening rendezvous in the secret garden, this 1930s ensemble will absolutely delight! This gown and bolero combo is made of silk in the less common black floral displaying blooms of red poppies, blue pansies, lily of the valley, mocha asters, and lots of green foliage. The gown has quadruple spaghetti straps alternating scarlet and lime and joined at the top of the shoulder making interesting architecture. The top edge of the bodice is trimmed to match the straps and a stripe of ruching runs down the center flanked by horizontal darts shaping along the sides. The skirt has a floor length cylindrical drape flaring closer to the bottom and given a center slit. Metal "Talon" early bell pull zip on the side. The bolero is open style with trim matching the dress and smocked shoulder puff. This set is in great vintage condition, with no stains, holes or odors to note.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
