Made of rayon crepe blocking solid cream white with navy blue and white stripes, it has a nautical air mixed with high fashion. This stunning dress will have you glam in a jiffy with its placket hidden metal "Talon" zip front featuring a bell pull and with the hood even a bad hair day won't stop you! The hood is generously cut for gorgeous drape to frame the face or laid flat like a shawl and it perfectly showcases the gradient effect of the piano key stripes changing in width. This architectural striping also makes a statement as the front panel of the luxuriously full skirting and makes up the sash belt which cinches the waist. Topped of with pleated puff sleeves and you've got a silhouette to die for. This dress is in great vintage condition, a couple extremely faint inconspicuous marks and no holes or odors to note.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
