1940s Sea Skirmish Jumpsuit | Vintage 40s US Navy Brown Leather WWII Military Navy Jet Flight Work Suit with Belt & Suspenders | Large XL

This World War 2 era jumpsuit from the turn of the 1930s/1940s is a vintage gem straight from the deck of a US Navy boat! Made of a durable chocolate brown leather, this one piece workwear suit zips down the front of the torso to let the top part rest around the hips -- built-in adjustable suspenders keep the whole getup in place to prevent it from falling down. Zippers on the length of both legs zip upward to meet where the torso zipper zips down. All are "Talon" bell zippers with sunburst zipper box stoppers. There is a built-in belt that can be cinched in for maximum security (and style), snap flap pockets on either thigh, zippering openings at either hip so you can access your pockets on your inner pants layer, zipper fly, and snaps at the leg cuffs and top of the collar. Tag is from "Colvinex" and made for the Bureau of Aeronautics of the US Navy. This suit is in great vintage condition, with small signs of wear due to age (and perhaps conditions in which it was worn) but no stains, holes, nor odors to note.

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%).  If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
