Beautiful color! 1940s / 1950s cocktail dress in accordion pleated deco green taffeta with velvet straps. Fitted waist with sweetheart bodice. Full tiered asymmetrical skirt. Metal zipper up the back. This dress is in good vintage condition: There appears to be some slight fade as you can see in the photos - honestly it shoes up way more in the pictures here than it does in person, and the pleats hide it very well! No stains, odors, or holes to note.
Measurements taken flat and doubled where appropriate:
Bust: 33" - shown on a 34" bust fitting comfortably.
Shoulder to Waist: 16"
