Made from raw silk in a gorgeous, shimmery, icy steel blue, this blouse serves glitz and glam with a burst of rhinestones concentrating around the high neckline and spreading outwards to the bust. This blouse is in great vintage condition, with two tiny period repairs, neither at all noticeable when worn, and no other holes, stains, or odors to note.
