Swing out at a G.I. Jive or be Independence Day-picnic perfect in this charming Art Deco red and white polka-dot skirt! Midi-length skirt is handmade of deliciously drapey printed rayon and is fitted through the hips and features drop-waist seaming with all around knife pleats for fullness and movement. Skirt is unlined and has snap closures at left hip and self-fabric waistband. . This skirt is in good vintage condition, with a small seam mistake and a few small holes near the hem, neither are noticeable when worn. It has been pinned on model to show fit.
