1950s Sapphire Blue Silk Chiffon Dress | Vintage 50s "Edith Martin" Sheer Shirtwaist Frock w/Rhinestone Buttons Volup | Extra Large XL

This lovely 1950's "Edith Martin" dress is a beautifully feminine piece with just the right touches of menswear inspiration! Silk chiffon in sapphire blue is cut in a shirtwaist style with a purple acetate lining in the bodice and skirt leaving the sleeves sheer. The sleeves feature a French style cuff and the original silver metal and blue rhinestone cuff links are included and match the buttons up the front of the bodice. Pintucks decorate the front of the shirt and knife pleats go around the waist of the skirt. This dress is in great vintage condition, the left cuff has a light smudge and there is a period mend on the bottom right side of the chiffon layer of the skirt. No other holes, stains, or odors to note. It has been pinned on model to show fit.
