Generate woman of mystery vibes in this 1970's does 1930's hat! This navy blue felt hat features a deep crown and a wide brim with a wire in it so you can play with the angles around your face. A black grosgrain ribbon encircles the band and a ribbon bow sits slightly off to the side of the band where three small feathers in primary shades of red, blue, and yellow peak out. This hat is in great vintage condition, the feathers are a little raggedy but no other flaws found!
