This lovely 1930's hat is sweet and petite! Made of navy blue straw, it features a small brim, a velvet band with a bow, net veil, and two ivory roses. Pair this hat with a cotton floral dress for the perfect summer look! This hat is in good vintage condition, the veil is nothing more than remnants and the flowers are a bit crushed but no other flaws found!
