1940s Peak Lapel Mens Suit | Vintage 40s Double Breasted Grey Wool Tweed Jacket Pants w/Red Blue & White Stripes | Size 40 Medium

A handsome suit for a handsome gent, this 1940's classic will have you on par with Cary Grant! The tweed wool of this suit is mainly smokey grey with subtle stripes of blood red and azure blue with touches of white and black woven in. The jacket is double breasted with a skeleton lining, peaked lapels, three outer welted pockets, and one inner pocket. The trousers have a pleated front, dropped belt loops, outer suspender buttons, and cuffed hems. From the "Metropolitan Dayton" label and "Berlou Moth Proofed". This suit is in great vintage condition, both pant cuffs have a small area that had been cut at and sewn to reinforce the hole left behind, due to this the length can not be let out and there is a slight variance to the shape of the cuff and the lining in the arms has some tears. No other holes, stains, odors to note.
