1960s Puffed Sleeves Blouse | Vintage 60s Oatmeal Beige Cotton Button Up Shirt Top with Ruffled High Collar | Large
This sweet 1960's blouse is all cotton in the palest shade of oatmeal beige and will lend itself well to bold skirts or prim and proper suits! The high neck has a ruffled edge with white scalloped embroidery and this is repeated on the puffed sleeves with a ruffle above the fitted cuff. Pearly buttons close up the front in groupings of two by two. This blouse is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, or odors to note.
