The buttons go slightly below the waist which has an arrow cutout tab detail with a gold crest appliqué. The button cuff tabs on the bracelet length sleeves have self buttons. A knife pleat at hem adds movement and best of all this dress includes pockets! Meta tag features a woman wearing this dress, running with giant scissors. This dress is in great vintage condition, with a few tiny holes near the hem and period-mends. No stains or odors to note.
