This fabulously versatile vintage 1940s silk shirtdress is so darn adorable you'll be hard pressed to find a single place not to wear it! It's designed and manufactured by the brand "Anne Fogarty of Margot, Inc." It's a lusciously smooth silk print with a deep chocolate brown base color and geometric patterns of black grids as well as pink, white and turquoise blue squares of color. It features eleven self fabric covered buttons down the front with an attached sash for tied pussy bow at the neck closing up the mock turtle neck collar. The cut and darting make it very figure flattering and the full circle skirt hides two deep usable pockets!!! This dress is in excellent vintage condition, with no holes, stains, nor odors to note!
