1940s Darling Dorothy Day Dress Set | Vintage 1940s Navy Blue & White Gingham "Mode O'Day" Blouse and Skirt Suit w/ Front Pockets! | Medium

This smart 1940s dress set will keep you cool in the summer's heat while enhancing your style. It's a three piece navy blue and white rayon gingham set consisting of a blouse, skirt and belt. The blouse features silver metal button front closure, two front pockets accented with the same metal buttons, peaked collar, cuffed short sleeves and knife pleats at the shoulders. The A-line skirt features a side metal zipper and single button closure. The adjustable belt is self fabric covered with a rectangular buckle. There is a sewn in tag that is white with red text and reads "Mode O'Day Styled in California." This dress set is in great vintage condition, with minor wear to the belt and no holes, stains, or odors to note.
