1930s Pretty Polly's Puff Sleeve Party Frock | Vintage 30s Burgundy Wine Velvet Cocktail Dress w/Multi Color Piping & Buttons | Small/Medium

You'll be as cute as a bug's ear in this adorable "Vogue Junior" party frock from the 30s! This puff sleeved velvet dress features a shirred empire waist, high neck buttoning in the back, with multi colored shank buttons and a velvet bow that snaps at the nape, U-shaped piping in lemon yellow, hot pink and chartreuse green across the bodice and a wave scallop of piped border along the skirt. This dress is in great vintage condition, with wear to some of the piping, and no other holes, stains, nor odors to note.

Waist: 28" (waist easily and comfortably stretches out to 40" for getting on/off and wearing)

Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges if contacted and sent back within two days of delivery. Once the garment is back in my hands, I can refund for the price of the item -10% to cover Etsy platform & payment processing fees (Free Shipping items -20%). If you’d prefer to make an exchange, you can receive the Full Amount towards a different item, or turn the funds into a Gift Certificate.
