1940s Arabian Nights Dress | Vintage 40s Blue Pink Brown Ivory Black Novelty Print Rayon Frock with Full Peplum and Cutout Neckline | Small

This 1940’s dress is so fabulous you’ll want to wear it one thousand and one nights! Black cold rayon is richly printed with royal blue, gingerbread brown, ivory and rose pink. The Arabian Nights theme is fantastic, featuring Scheherazade brushing her hair, archers on horseback, turbaned men playing Arabian guitar, and another standing in a garden. The pattern is bold and unique. The neckline has a crescent shaped cut out which seems to fit theme of the print perfectly. The peplum is fluttering and flirty, longer at the back. Metal “Talon” zipper on the side and nape of neck. This dress is in great vintage condition with a few small very well done period mends but no holes, stains, or odors to note. Please note, belt in a couple photos is model's own.
