1940s Ambitious Adam Suit | Vintage 40s Dark Taupe Chocolate Brown w/Red & White Stripes Wool Two Piece Jacket and Trousers | Size 39 Medium

The most significant rule is to make a great first impression and you will do just that when wearing this smart suit from the 40s! The fabric is a lightweight wool in dark taupe chocolate brown with solid crimson stripes and pinstripes of crimson with white. The jacket is single breasted with three button closure and features two flap pockets, slanted chest pocket, one inner pocket, and butterfly lining. The flat front trousers have five welted pockets with one buttoning in the back, inner suspender buttons, and cuffed hems. By "Society Brand", marked a Size 39 on the original tailor's tag, and includes a 1939-1949 Union Label dating this suit to the 1940s. This suit is in great vintage condition, with some well done period mends, most not seen when the suit is worn. No holes, stains, odors to note.
