1940s Blue Moon Suit | Vintage 40s Cobalt Wool Gabardine Two Piece Set Single Button Blazer Jacket and Wide Band A-Line Skirt | Small

A suit like this 1940's set only comes once in a blue moon so you better snatch it up! The wool gabardine is a beautiful cobalt blue with fabulous drape. the jacket features a unique downward pointed lapel, single button closure, scoop pockets, and box pleat on the back with top stitched arrow. Fully lined in rayon satin. The slim A-line skirt has a wide waist band with metal zipper on the side. Labeled "California Creation by Pacific Coat & Suit". Union label confirms 1940's dating. This suit is in good vintage condition, there is a discoloured spot on the sleeves, a small period mend on the back, and the skirt zipper does not zip smoothly (but does still zip for us). No other holes, stains, or odors to note.
