You'll look perfectly polished in this 1940's hand painted dress! Midnight blue semi sheer rayon chiffon is painted with flowers in white, bubblegum pink, and crimson. The dress features padded shoulders, layered ruffle bib, pearly purple buttons, and A-line skirt. Metal V for victory zipper on the side dating this dress to WWII. This dress is in great vintage condition, with no holes, stains, or odors to note. Please note, belt is model's own.
