1940s Dapper Dan Suit | Vintage 40s Sapphire Blue w/ Alternating White and Royal Chalk Stripes Peak Lapel Jacket & Pants | Size 38-40 Medium

The world embraces a sharply dressed man and that will be you if you don these dapper duds from the 40s! This quality tailored suit is made of a sapphire wool with alternating white and royal blue chalk stripes. The jacket features a 6x2 double breasted jacket with a full matching set of steel grey buttons and cuff buttons, with peak lapels, two side welted pockets, one jetted chest pocket, two interior pockets, and unvented back. Shoulder pads and a butterfly lining in rayon. The slacks are double pleated with welted slash pockets, back pockets, wallet button, dropped belt loops and a Talon metal zipper fly. By 'Town Clad'. 1939-49 Union Label dates this suit to the 1940s. This suit is in great vintage condition, with a single small well done period mend, but no holes, stains, nor odors to note.
